Need to change sender name in BT Mail on web, followed instructions Settings, Mail, Accounts, click on account name but Edit button stays greyed out.
Any ideas?

I have the exact same problem and query. The sender name (for me) when using BT Mail via webmail is simply my email address listed twice. It seems impossible to change it. As katielee67 has posted, after following the instructions the Edit button stays greyed out.
It's fine when I use an email client as the client allows me to choose a sender name. It's only a problem when using BT Mail on webmail.
