Hi.
Every time I print an email (e.g. to a .pdf file for later reference / proof), the date of the email is printed at the top incorrectly / in the American format (month/day/year).
For example, 05/04/2022 gets printed as "4/5/22".
This can cause problems when later referring to documents, as it appears that (e.g.) an email sent on 05/04/2022 was actually sent on 04/05/2022!
Is there any way I can alter a setting somewhere so that this fault is fixed..?
Thanks. 🙂

Date format correct for me, in fact weirdly the date format is 05/04/2022 on the screen but Apr 5th 2022 on the PDF.
Are you using webmail or a mail client? Are the date settings on your browser/client set correctly?
Good questions, thanks.
I'm using webmail, on a Windows PC with the correct date, using Chrome.
The "fault" occurs whe I select "More" > "Print Email", and happens whether I print to .pdf or to a printer.
(I can't find an appropriate browser setting to correct the date format to DD/MM/YYYY).
Thanks.
Aha! Solved!
Thankyou licquorice.
It's a setting in Chrome browser that I needed to alter:
The menu symbol (top right) > Settings > Advanced > Languages ... then change the language from "English" to "English (United Kingdom)" for translating / displaying.
(I'd have thought that "English" would default to actual English, rather than American English since it's American English that's a variant). 😉
