I'm unable to set up BT Mail in Outlook version 2016. I've tried various settings without success. I know there were previous postings with this problem - anyone able to offer guidance to resolve?

Are you a BT Broadband customer or paying for your email through a BT Premium email account?
If you are a BT Broadband customer was the email account initially set up from your current BT Broadband account?
