Just done an update on Mac to Ventura 13.4 and outlook has updated to a new version and now i cannot access BT mail account - pre-set default settings for IMAP do not seem to work
Any help / solution appreciated - Apple support could not help me

Are you a residential BT Broadband customer or paying for your email through a BT Premium email account.
If neither of the above your email will have been downgraded to BT Basic Email and you will will no longer be able to access your email account using an email client/app such as Outlook. Instead you will need to use a web browser.
