Whenever I log into my BT Mail, I get this message, "Sorry. Your BT Mail address is currently inactive. To reactivate it, please visit MyBT.". When I click on the 'visit MyBT', I get this message, "Your email was last used 27/08/2016 02:43:27. This mailbox is suspended and will be permanently deleted on 25/01/2017.unless you reactivate it in next days.". How do I reactivate my email address? It just seems to be stuck on a neverending loop.
If you have not been using it, as per the message you received, it will have been deleted and you will not be able to recover it.
