BT Mail app - unable to add attachment

Is there a fix to add an attachment using the BT Mail App??

I see previous posts there was a problem

By attachment I am meaning one page word doc

It seems you can photos through the app but “attach files” is greyed out

Do you mean App or do you mean webmail? Either way I can attach documents.

Is that the iPhone version, it looks totally different to Android. Clicking the paper clip takes me to the phones file system rather than what is on your screen shot.  Does the add picture still take you to your file system anyway?

I would abandon the BT Mail app in any case and install a proper app.

It is for IPhone / IPad from the Apple App store

The paper clip only takes you to the photo library , you need the files paper clip to not be grey to attach files

Seems strange it is there but greyed out ?

As advised, delete the BT app and use either the native iPhone app or Blue Mail, far superior.
