When I press send a BT pop up says "Your session has expired, please log in again to continue". When I log in again I receive the same message. Very frustrating. Problem started on Thursday night. Sometimes I can send, most of the time cannot. Able to receive emails apparently without trouble.
I don't think it's a browser issue because it's a BT format pop-up similar in format to the "Email sent " one. I have no browser issues - all other sites working well. It is also an intermittent fault. I first had it some months ago, than it went away, and I have been able to send one or two emails this morning. However, as a writer, it is annoying to spend 20 mins writing an email and then seeing your work disappear.
I'm surprised that as a writer you don't use the right tool for the job, a mail client, rather than faffing about with the abomination of webmail.
Any length of e mail will be impossible to send if the issue is there. Also, when I am away, I have had the "session expired" message on my laptop preventing email sends so it is not a machine dependent issue. I have also had a 40 minute chat with BT (India) to no avail. Oddly, it seems to be working ok today.
