Today I've tried to sign in to my @btinternet.com email address to be met with the following:
"Sorry Your BT Mail address no longer exists but you can sign up to another one at any time in My BT."
I've followed the pinned message but can't get anywhere with it. This email address was my 'safe' address which I've used for banking, mortgage, and personal and was very proud that it was spam free due to how careful i was using it. I check it regulary to clean up the inbox and this has come as a big surprise.
Can anyone help?
