BT Mail on ipad

I assume you are using the Safari browser on the iPad?

If so, and not sure if this feature is available on all IOS versions, but if you hold the refresh icon in the address bar down, does a menu pop up with a option to request either Mobile or Desktop site versions?

If using Chrome there is an option in the menu to check or uncheck to request desktop version.

@James-C. Really strange. Did what you suggested and 'Request Desktop Site' came up but when I selected that the screen refreshed with the same site as it still does not offer the view e-mail view options that the previous poster said I should see.
