I have new surface Laptop 5 with Windows11 installed. I use Firefox as my browser.
I'm having trouble with BT Mail I keep getting the message that the "samlfed.bt.com server cannot be found!. I try again using the "try again button " and after a few attempts I finally connect. My old computer using Windows 7 connects no trouble as usual.
Appreciate some help,please
