does your email service have end-to-end encription? Does it have a tracker filter?

@kevinpwc Welcome back to the community and thanks for posting.
Thanks for this question. Because of the nature of email and the fact that it is spread across many different platforms and providers – i.e the recipient may be on a totally different platform operated by a different (non-BT) provider to the recipient, it is not possible to guarantee e2e end to end encryption.
The only way to guarantee end to end encryption and privacy is to encrypt message contents and send as an attachment with an agreed and private mechanism with your intended recipients. This will require using specific client software or encryption software.
We always recommend our customers use encrypted ports (for IMAP, POP or SMTP) using the latest versions of internet Transport Level Security (TLS 1.2 or better), this ensures privacy and integrity in transit to the BT platform. These options can be checked within your email client, depending on which one you use. Once held on the btinternet platform, we use strict standards of security to protect customer data whilst held on our platform. For onward transit to other service provider platforms, we aim to interconnect with those platforms (SMTP transfer) using TLS/opportunistic TLS wherever possible, but not all service providers support this or allow TLS for MTA-MTA interconnection.
Can you clarify what you mean by tracker filter as we're not familiar with that term?
Thanks
