I was originally on Talk21 which , as you might know, was taken over by BT. No problems un til yesterday when I started getting "too many tries" failure messages. I now have to reset my preferences every time I want to log in to BT mail, then still go round the houses about 3 times before I can see the Inbox. No problem once I am in, but a nightmare getting there. I am on Win 10 version 22H2 / build 19045.4529. I keep getting redirected to the BT.com home page, press email, go through the login in again, only to end up back at the home page. The error message in the address bar ends in "2002".
Anyone have any idea why this is happening? Thanks in advance
