BT Premier

Go to solution

I am presently with BT Internet, but costs are getting excessive.

Maybe move to PlusNet (a BT Owned Company).

Questions are

1) If I subscribe to Premier Mail, will one payment take in all my e-mail addresses from BT Internet (I have one principal address and several subsidiaries)

2) Will there be a separate charge for each subsidiary address?

I feel that unless one size fits all, there may be a ransom to pay

Re: BT Premier

If your costs are high, you might be out of the discounted period, speak with the Loyalty team and see what discounts are available, also ask for an account review, there could be savings to be made by switching packages, looking at calling plans and other options.

To answer your questions :

1) Premium mail replaces what you have now with BT broadband, you can have up to 11 addresses as part of premium mail, so that is your main one and 10 more, as you have called subsidiaries
2) No, see previous reply

There is also a 3rd options, basic email is free, you have less control with how you access the emails, you also can't create any new email addresses but it's free because it's basic.

To clarify, Basic mail can only be accessed via webmail and not via mail clients or mail apps on phones.
