This email entered into my 'Junk' folder this morning. I just wish for it to be brought to BT's attention as I strongly believe it is spam (although at first glance one could be fooled into thinking that it may be genuine).
The 'sender email address' is 'email@example.com'
Please would you confirm if BT has sent out any genuine emails of this nature and confirm that this is infact spam?
(if you scroll down to the 'please note' heading right at the very bottom, you will notice that the word "to" has been omitted after the word failure, which indicates poor grammar i.e. 'failure accept our new terms of service".
