BT Webmail Interface Navigation Selections Required Twice

Hi,
Not sure if other people have this, which is intermittent and frequent.

In the webmail interface, selecting the Spam folder i get the circling dots to indicate processing, and it never stops and the view is not updated. I then select another folder such as Drafts, then select Spam again and the view is updated instantly.

When logging out, i have to "sign out" twice every time. The first "sign out" selection fails to log out, then the second "sign out" selection will sign out.

It is not critical, but it is annoying.

I have none of these issues.

Have you tried clearing your browser's history and cookies?

Have you tried a different browser to see if it is a browser problem rather than an account problem.

Hi,

I deleted the cache and the relevant cookies, and initially it solved the issue. Yet, after being logged into webmail for a few hours, the problem is back.

Have not tried another browser, as Firefox is preferred.

Setup is Firefox latest version, Fedora 40 (Linux).

I might try Chrome to see if there is a difference, but it is not critical at the moment.

It would be good if you can try another browser when you get the chance, to help us pinpoint what could be causing this.

Just tested with Chromium (130.0.6723.116 (Official Build) Fedora Project (64-bit)) and still the same issue.

Firefox used is : 132.0.1 (64-bit)

I have Ublock running on both- but i do not expect that is the issue else it would not work at all or will work all the time, and not be intermittent.

Hi,

Thanks for the response.

The issue is not critical, and i do not expect BT support to know the Linux OS to determine the issue. As such, i will not pursue.
