I have tried several times to access my webmail today, to no avail. I can only retrieve messages via the BT Mobile app.

I deleted cookies and temp. Files and cache, but nowt works.
I would suggest that you leave things as they are and do not change the password.
Try another browser and if that doesn't work and your app is working just use that and if your webmail is still not working tomorrow post back.
I have moved the post you made on another thread because that was in relation to an outage that was resolved a month ago and is obviusly not the same problem you are having.
