BT blacklisted by Spamhaus?

I am moderator/member of a groups.io forum and I cannot now send/receive emails to/from it.  I see the following message in their log ...

mx.lb.btinternet.com: 522 email sent from 66.175.222.108 found on industry IP blacklists (Spamhaus/Invaluement/ReturnPath) on 2024/01/14 09:02:10 GMT.  ...

Does this mean BT is somehow being blacklisted?  Where do I report this, or how do I fix it?

Further to my first post,  I have now heard that it is groups.io that has been blacklisted, not BT.
