My @btinternet.com email seems to have been deleted, and I would like to reactivate it if possible. However, it has not been fully deleted it seems as when I can change the password and see my security questions here:
When I try to create a new email with the same address, I get the message "Sorry, that email address already exists. Plese choose another email address."
Is it possible to reactivate the account, or delete it entirely so I can create one with the same address?

There are some e-mail product specialists that post on this forum.
Unfortunately no. The email manage link results in a redirect loop, and when I managed to get to that page from a link on this forum it did not show any of the old emails, but would not let me create new ones with the old addresses.
I can see people in other threads who seem to have had the same problem solved by the moderators though.
I think the best bet would be for you to contact the moderators with your BTID and the email addresses that are missing.
How do I do that? I read on this board somewhere that the moderators have to allow you to contact them first
