Hi I have recently left BT but kept my BT email address by using premium service for £7.50 per mth . However when I sign into the app I now get an on screen banner saying “you are on the basic email service “ and the app lets me either cancel the request or go into a menu that states premium is a paid for service , but I have already subscribed to it . Hope that makes sense
