Recently emails disappear from my Inbox. It seems it can't display more than 2 at a time, so I have to use search to recover them. Have reinstalled several times to no avail.

Stop using the BTMail app and install a decent email app such as Bluemail.

Pointless response. If all you want to do is criticise rather than offer constructive help, leave the forum.
I would say though, thst neither BT, nor the developer have offered any addistance either.

That was constructive help.
There is no requirement to use the BTMail app which is a poor product however while I won't leave the forum I will leave this thread.
