Bt never let anyone know when there are issues just take our money is all there interested in .

Most people will not have noticed and it has been fixed quickly.  BT is a vast operation, it is a credit that glitches happen only rarely in comparison to the number of users and the size of the network.

Yes it is a vast sized company and like many things we have in life things do break down ,but this year we have seen a lot if these issues and feel annoyed like many as we do pay a fair amount to use there services.Anyway we are all back up and running and able to access what we need..
