BT email from Yahoo notifications not working

Hi Downloaded the BT email app and deleted the Yahoo app. Unable to get notifications to work on the BT app on my Galaxy S9. The notifications worked with Yahoo and don't know what I am doing wrong. Help anyone please?

Have you had an email saying your email address has been moved from Yahoo to BT mail?

Forget the BT mail app and get a proper one such as Blue Mail or Aqua mail.

Hi @tommymcg welcome to the community and thanks for posting, I'm sorry about the problems with the notifications on the new BT email app this has been acknowledged by the app team who are currently investigating why this is happening and I apologise for any inconvenience caused.
