For the past week or so any searches I have tried using the search bar on the BT.com email page has returned a message saying "We did not find results for ...". This happens regardless of whether I use Firefox or Chrome. Live chats with BT seem to imply they are not aware of any such issue.
However, using the Google search bar in Chrome (without going onto the BT website) returns accurate search results.
Does anyone else have this problem? Should I do a Factory Reset on my BT home hub?
