BT email on iPhone running IOS 18 not picking up "read" mark

Since doing update my iphone email (BT) keeps giving errors  and won't sync latest error POSIX 60, last few days, said server cannot respond.

My BT app works but isn't as good.

The problem would therefore appear to be with Apple rather than BT.

Mine did that but next day stopped and error posix 60
