BT email set up on Android Samsung TAB A

I have a new Samsung TAB A using Android  I'm trying to add my BT email account but keep getting error message "UNABLE TO VERIFY ACCOUNT"  I can log in via the BT site No Problem so I know my user I'd and password are correct.

Are you setting the account up manually or letting the wizard do it, what settings are you using? The correct settings are here and should be entered manually.

I was trying to use "Other" but it appears to work when I use "Excange"  is this ok?

I'm surprised you have got it to work by selecting Exchange, but if it does, ok.
