Yes - this was all converted over automatically so my sub-account shows within his primary account details under his 'manage emails' section in his account. However the Indian guy today has changed this so I have my own profile but still cannot access BT email login. I just keep going round in circles!
Hmm, are you still expecting another call back from the Tier2 people. I don't think there is anything else the forum can help with unless a mod picks it up if you fail to get a resolution from Tier2.

Pleased to say account has been restored. I was told it was because I hadn't used the account for 90 days but the last email I was able to send from that account from the email login page was 17 September (less than 90 days!) and I have always used the email login weekly- anyway just pleased to get it back!
