i can no longer download emails from my BT internet.com account by browser, outlook, chrome android whatever. The best I can do is get into email via browser only to find we are having difficulty reaching the server. When I try to log into mybt I actually get a glimpse of the dashboard before being bounced back to the login screen?
My password has been reset, premium support has been and gone.
Can anyone advise what to do next? I've already created an outlook.com address which is working perfectly on all platforms and will wave goodbye to btinternet once I can get in and setup auto forward.

Read carefully, @licquorice. OP said "Outlook" twice in 2 diff contexts.
BT's email servers accessed by email clients like Outlook can play up occasionally (or more ). How long has access via Outlook not worked? Give it time & they should recover. Don't try changing any settings.
Nevertheless, Webmail access thro' a browser usually works most of the time unless there's something wrong with your MyBT registration.

I wish I could get nto mybt account, as I said I login,the credentials are accepted moves on to create the dashboard and then bounces me out to the login page. It may be my problem in the mybt bit rather than email?
