I have not been able to get onto my by email for over a week , have changed passwords and gone through this about 4 times on the phone and still no solution. I need this email as I use it a lot for business please help
Are you a BT Broadband customer or paying for your email through a BT Premium Email account?
How are you accessing your email. Is it by using a web browser or by using an email client/app?
im nt a broadband customer but i have apparently got premium mail which shows active. have tried all ways to log into email but cant do it

Hi I am paying £7.50 a month as I don’t have a by phone line or broadband. I have tried to acccess via bt.com through my mail app on my phone
It takes me to BT .com , if I try to log on to the email it just goes back to the bt.com page again . If I then try to log into my bt I can and it tells me I have an active email account with my email but that’s it . I have changed my password numerous times but still can’t access my email
When you go to manage your email via MyBT can you see your email account/address there and does your email account show as being your "favourite". If not can you make it your "favourite" then try logging on.
I have tried all of that can see the account and email address but when I try to log in to email it sends me back to the log in page again
