The Continue button on the check if you are on BT or yahoo mail does not work.
So how to I find out which mail service I am using?

Hi, welcome to the forums.
There is actually no radio buttons on that page - there is only an entry box to fill in your email address and a continue button.
If that fails for some strange reason (perhaps try a different browser - what are you using ?) or try :-
and login to webmail, if Yahoo! mail appears towards top left - then you're with BTYahoo!, otherwise BTMail.
The link I posted works fine for me. As sugested, you could try a different browser or just look at the logo.
Many thanks to all who helped; my apologies for causing a fuss - there is a whacking great 'BT MAIL' top right when I open mail ... eyes have they and see not!
My excuse - I have had a meltdown and have yet to load my usual mail client. Unused to BT Mail and forum, I'm struggling. Roll on Christmas!
It doesn't actually matter which service you are on when you come to set up your client, the settings are the same for both.
