BT or Yahoo Mail

The Continue button on the check if you are on BT  or yahoo mail does not work.

So how to I find out which mail service I am using?

Re: BT or Yahoo Mail

You can use this link

http://diagnostics.bt.com/login/?workflow=EmailChecker

or when you open your email via a web browser if you see the logo as BTYahoo you are on BTYahoo email.

Thanks CL, but link [http://diagnostics.bt.com/login/?workflow=EmailChecker] brings up the page with the non-working radio button

Hi, welcome to the forums.

There is actually no radio buttons on that page - there is only an entry box to fill in your email address and a continue button.

If that fails for some strange reason (perhaps try a different browser - what are you using ?) or try :-

https://signin1.bt.com/login/emailloginform

and login to webmail, if Yahoo! mail appears towards top left - then you're with BTYahoo!, otherwise BTMail.

Re: BT or Yahoo Mail

The link I posted works fine for me. As sugested, you could try a different browser or just look at the logo.

Re: BT or Yahoo Mail

Many thanks to all who helped; my apologies for causing a fuss - there is a whacking great 'BT MAIL' top right when I open mail ... eyes have they and see not!

My excuse - I have had a meltdown and have yet to load my usual mail client. Unused to BT Mail and forum, I'm struggling. Roll on Christmas!

Re: BT or Yahoo Mail

It doesn't actually matter which service you are on when you come to set up your client, the settings are the same for both.
