In trying to do change a password on a sub account, I have been told my email has been blocked and I have to reset my password - exactly what I was trying to do!
The link that BT sends me to - https://register.btinternet.com/cgi-bin/chpasswdsso is rejected by ALL browsers as being insecure and unsafe.

The certificate expired on 12 August 2018, 00:59:59.
Yes, isn't that ridiculous of BT. Can one of the mods escalate this and get it sorted?
I am having exact same problem, i have been locked out of my emails for 6 days now...have contacted Bt but they couldnt grasp what i was telling them....HELP!!!
@Fellwalker I'm really sorry about that, I've highlighted this to our website and email teams.
As it happens, that page no longer works.
I reported this many weeks ago, but it seems like it was ignored. I even said it is still shown as the page to go to in the help pages for BTYahoo accounts.

The email team advised that that password change journey should no longer be followed and that's why the webpage certificate was no longer valid, I'm sorry if you were directed there in error but that should be sorted now. If you need to change your email password please use the forgotten which is on the email sign in page.
