The email team advised that that password change journey should no longer be followed and that's why the webpage certificate was no longer valid, I'm sorry if you were directed there in error but that should be sorted now. If you need to change your email password please use the forgotten your login details? which is on the email sign in page.Thanks

The email team need to get their act together, since as I said the page :-
has a direct link to the page that now works. If that page should not be used, why is it still linked in that page? If people were directed there in error, that's because BT take you there.
Do the email team actually know what they are doing? Don't they check all the linked pages before making changes?
