Please help, this is sending us nuts!!!
We have a family BT/Broadband package with multiple email addresses - my partners email address is the main one and we received a security issue message this morning.
Trying to reset the password, as the message we follow says you should, takes us to security questions which are fine - but the three options of sending a 4 digit coded (one email that can't now log on, my email and a recovery mobile number) simply do not recevied the 4 digit code?
Many thanks for any help anyone can be - my partner relies on these emails for work schedule update.

If the 'send code' option for resetting password doesn't work, like ourselves, use the 'security question' option instead (bottom of the page).
