BT premium webmail issue

I am  looking at my inbox on BTwebmail but it only does back a few weeks, how do I view older emails?

All the older emails should be there unless they have been deleted. 

If they are not there it may be that you are using an email client/app that is set up as a POP3 account instead of an IMAP account, and the box to leave the emails on the server has not been selected.

If the emails are not visible on webmail and are not in another folder such as the trash folder it means that they have been deleted from the BT server and can not be recovered.

Thanks for your reply and you've hit the nail on the head, as confirmed by BT support, I have a POP3 account unfortunately
