Hi, we are a hosting company from Spain and it seem BT is blocking 2 of our servers from receiving emails at BT accounts.
We have clean IP´s and good practices, but we don´t know why bt reject us.
We sent 2 emails to postmaster@btinternet.com and didn´t get response.
We need to solve this question because we have really worried customers about this.
An example of what our users receive from bt.
Please contact us to provide details of IP´s
Thank you

Welcome to this user forum.
This is just a BT retail customer to customer help forum, you would be better contacting BT direct, or perhaps posting on the BT Business forum?
I cannot see how this user forum can help with this, if you get no reply from the postmaster.
There are a few forum members who know about email rules, so maybe one of those may be able to suggest something?
The BT email servers are a bit unreliable, and that message you are getting, seems to indicate that rgin18.bt.ext.cpcloud.co.uk is not working.
@Andy_N have you any suggestions?
Here 2 tests from one server working and other bloked
WORKING
telnet mx.bt.lon5.cpcloud.co.uk 25

I don't think problem is with email rules, it seem BT have blocked this IP´s for any reason we do not understand... we use SPF, DKIM, Reverse DNS, DMARC ..... all is correct, not listed on RBL´s... not Spamming....
Hi.
Has this just started to happen? In other words emails were being sent/received correctly until this moment? If it has just started, when did it start?
Does this affect all btinternet recipients that you're trying to send to, or do some emails get through?
Does this affect any other UK (or other) domains that you are trying to send to?
The postmaster is in my view very poor, they never look at the general issue - simply one at a time.
With regard your initial post, it mentions "Test email". Is that something you created to try something?
