Hello all,
I access my BT emails via the mail icon on my iphone or by logging into the BT Email on the bt.com website on my laptop or pc.
My inbox goes all the way back to 2014, that is fine.
However, I've noticed that my sent emails only go back to 26th August 2021, almost 9 months ago.
I can't seem to search beyond this date.
I haven't changed anything, and to my knowledge until recently, I could search all the way back to 2014.
This applies to all 3 devices, in that my inbox is fine, but I can only go back to the said date in the sent items.
Can anyone advise how I can retrieve the older sent emails please?
