BT useless service

I cannot send any emails using BT webmail. All "sendings" create an error message of possible Malaware & Spam.

BT blamed my laptop (on 3 devices?)...claiming It had a virus. No manager ever rang me back...despite BT promise.

l'm I'm told is it's my problem & BT can't help.

Employed a computer consultant. Even reset the router. Advised it's DEFINATELY A BT problem...but BT don't want to know. Help please.

Re: BT useless service

If you have a mobile device, does your email work when using 4/5g rather than your home network?

If you use an email app can you also try using a web browser (webmail) on the mobile device on 4/5g.

Is that with an email app or when you use a web browser or both?
