In two months time it will be 36 months (3 years) since I was advised that my BTYAHOO email account would be migrated to BTMAIL. This evening I contacted BT via the chat line & was told that there would be no more migrations. I would have to remain with Yahoo. Surely, as a BT Customer I should have my emails through them?
BT are supplying you an email account. In your case it is a BTYahoo account which is supplied to BT by Yahoo. New customers or those that were migrated before the migration stopped have a BT email account supplied by Critical Path.
