Yay! Result!!! thanks to everyone who kicked off about this, I couldn't get BT to listen to me, they just kept saying it 'couldn't be changed'
Once the BT guys on here take up the challenge my experience over the last couple of years are that they are second to none and always seem to get things done if it makes sense for a change - if not they will usually give the party line in a helpful way.
Just my experience though. I always used to make a beeline to the CEO's office who are as good as well but now I start here first usually.
