BTinternet Email update 202 - lost all contacts

Hello All,

BT carried out an update to their email browser client last week. Since this all my contacts have disappeared. Also when you look at sent items there is no name in the recipient column.

BT promised to ring me within 3 days to sort out as I had days off and could devote my time to this issue with them.

No call, on the 5th and 6th days when they did call I was in meetings so could not answer phone. Now when you call the number back you just get a voice message  stating BT tried to call, if you do not want to be called again then call other number to be removed from their list.

The functionality of the new email browser is poor also, not as good as the older client. 

All in all a complete shambles.

Have you tried clearing the history and cookies from your Internet Browser?

Yes I have, I have also tried on three different browsers - Chrome (latest), Edge and Firefox. And on two different computers from two different locations.

I am not sure what update you have mentioned. Are you sure you have the correct number? The version number is in the web address bar after you have logged on.
