I am aware that you do not have BT Broadband account, it is not relevant in any case.

Have you ensured your hosting company has configured your SPF/DKIM/DMARC credentials correctly as per my previous post.

@btconnect email addresses are BT business addresses and are not dealt with onthis forum.

I set my SPF file as seemed to be appropriate. It made no difference whatsoever. I do not understand DKIM or DMARC - talking to my hosting company has not brought up that issue. My ISP is Vodaphone - I never had trouble over emails until they ceased providing the service and I had to make alternative arrangements with my web hosting service JustHost
