Block by BT for Outspot Emails - Urgent Assistance Needed

BT has been blocking our IP range, affecting all email traffic from Outspot. Outspot is a reputable business with a strong email engagement history and adherence to GDPR and other best practices. We have not had issues with BT before.

Our IPs are not listed on any known blocklists, and we have made no technical changes on our end that could have caused this. The emails being blocked include critical messages like double opt-in confirmations, transactional order notifications, and promotional emails, all of which are highly anticipated by our recipients.

The bounce messages from BT consistently state:
554 Message rejected on 2024/11/14 14:00:07 GMT, policy (3.2.1.1) ID (671A397F07C8BA7B) - Your message looks like SPAM or has been reported as SPAM.

I have contacted the BT Postmaster multiple times and sent reminders, but no response has been received. This issue is causing significant disruption to our operations and inconvenience to our customers.

If anyone has suggestions for escalating this matter within BT or resolving the block, your assistance would be greatly appreciated.

See link and ensure you fully comply with it.

If you do comply, all that you can do is to keep contacting the BT Postmaster. There have been previous posts about the lack of speed in their response but apparently they do eventually respond.
