I really don't understand why people persevere with fighting BT Mail with all it's idiosyncrasies. I've been using Gmail since shortly after it launched. Spam filtering is superb & I might see one email land correctly in the spam folder a month. Spam making it to my inbox maybe a couple of times a year.
