The blocking facility on BT e-mail does not work. Despite being told a particular address has been added I still keep getting them.
The option to show all images does not work either as I have to fre set it every day when I log on.
Rvery day I have to enter my e-mail address when OI want to log on despite in the past me being able to log on when I press the lonk.

If you are trying to block spam by using the block email facility you are wasting your time.
The address that you are seeing and blocking will not be the actual email address that is sending the emails.
The email address will be a spoofed email address to make it look like a genuine email address and the genuine email address will be constantly changed by the spammers.
If you check the email address by hovering your mouse over it or by checking the email headers you will see that the actual sending email address is different from the one you see and are blocking.
