I am also receiving a constant notification on my wife's android phone that the 'Authorisation Token Expired' and need to re-login. This never used to happen when we were with BT Yahoo Mail so if there is a fix, I would love to hear about it, may I also have the 'private message'?
Hi @pastel10 sorry that you are getting the token expired message. The email team is aware of this issue. Check out https://community.bt.com/t5/Email/Email-migrations-Update-from-BT/td-p/2062527 and we don't require further examples at this stage. We will update the forum on this error when we have further information.
