Clear cache, install BT mail app for iOS from App Store. Attempt sign in- details not recognised- change password- sign in all ok for a day or 2 then REPEAT REPEAT REPEAT until app freezes.
REPEAT for several weeks decide I phone faulty return to Apple -no faults- app faulty. What on earth is going on! I have had far intellectually superior humans observe this and all in agreement t I am doing nothing wrong and no setting change happens to make appp faulty.
