Bt mail app won’t search emails says server outage

Hi about 2-3 weeks ago my bt mail app started saying ‘error, server outage please try later’ it’s been the same since. I’ve tried reinstalling the app but it’s the same. It used to work well. I’m on iPhone. HELP PLEASE! Thank you

Uninstall the BTMail app which is in my opinion a pretty poor ap and use the Mail app that comes with your iPhone.

Hi, I use BT Email on my phone and also laptops.  For the last few days, the search function has not been working at all on either device.  I get a message saying either that there is a server outage, or that the request has taken too long and has timed out.  The search function always used to work fine (for decades, in fact) until the last few days.  Are you able to assist please?

Uninstall the BTMail app which in my opinion is very poor and install a decent email app such as Bluemail or the one that came with your phone..
