Bt premium email free with Plusnet broadband?

Hi Andy, I got it from a google search.

I'm now trying to set up a DD to pay for this email address, got the run around from BT on the phone, transferred several times then the call dropped out.

Nothing on BT's pages to set this DD up either, MYBT has been saying 

"Sorry, we can’t get your account details at the moment"

For 2 weeks now.

Can you help with this please?

Try calling  BT Premium Mail Team on 0808 100 6778 - Monday to Friday 9am to 9pm, Saturday and Sunday 9am to 6pm.

That is the number I dialled.

Girl had no idea what i was talking about, transferred me to a number which cut me off
