Can anyone tell me what’s going on? I keep getting error messages saying can’t connect to btinternet server, I believe there are issues with btyahoo but don’t know how long these problems will last?
There was a problem earlier today with BTYahoo accounts (actually Yahoo partners Sky and TT also suffered), but that has apparently been fixed. However there is likely to be some time before everything gets back to "normal".
How are you checking the emails, is it webmail via a browser or an app/client ?
