I use the Windows Mail app in Windows 10. Just recently I have noticed a "Bulk email" folder. There seems to be no way to control what goes in here. Emails which I would expect to see in my inbox end up in the Bulk folder.
Can I control it?

The bulk folder is BTYahoo's name for the spam folder, you can't delete it.

If there are emails that not spam going into the folder mark them as not spam and the system should learn and stop placing them in the folder.
