Why do I have to keep logging on to my emails ?
I get a notification ‘ Token expired’
This has only started recently.
Hi @reham6 I'm really sorry you're getting the Token expiry error message, I can appreciate the inconvenience this must be causing you. There is a problem with the email app which is causing this error on iOS devices, the app team are working on a fix for this which will be released in the next update.

Rather than waiting you would be better to uninstall the BTMail app and use your device's own email app which has been tried and tested and just works.
